i serch special cafe in korea bec i want to go there with anyone It looks like cleaning room but it's cafe which has a beautiful interior  Maybe u will go there, u can catch a good pictures Here is out of cafe and it has camping car so u enjoying more place!! Are u see that? So cute cars!! Last place is beachfront. Which is not cafe just natural but u can borrow some picnic pack from around here cafe and u make cafe at your mind!! I will enjoy this place, i want to go there early 

                                                           HEY ! ^^ Last day I was wondering if I could go out with my friends for have some fun around my town or not ! so I asked myself if I would keep at home what will I benefit ! Hahhaha for sure nothing !! then I choose hang out with them ! #27Aug2019 as I used to get up too late hahaha ( I got up at 12pm) I took my phone to see the texting messages that I had from the apps that I use , after I stood up to go to bathroom to wash my face and my teeth directly to eat my breakfast !! I cleaned home faster because my friends kept call me to meet early After meeting each other ! our road was town center for eat our lunch hhh because I am being honest I was really hungry that time hahah the foods is heaven really ! My Lunch  after eating we kept walking around center town and talking about what are we going to do in this next year ! for me this year is little more hard for me because all my closest friends

 I received two invitations, and on the same day the wedding is being held in another part of the country. first guy, i was meeting high school to him who is my class mate so i was playing basketball with friends at lunchtime So we have a good memory Second guy, i was meeting international trade problem at university student  So we will earn to trade and international culture and selling korea products from another nation It was so hard times so we have a good memory I am serious where would i go to wedding party  I still thinking about that Plz answer me!!

most people are enjoy this type dating in Korea, very interasting that frist is the cafe it has started point for waiting to another guy so the people can be enjoy waiting time bec korea  has a good internet service anywhere and this is selling a good bread and some cakes Cinema  korea has a good infra about cinema  which has many movies and times so i can choice my flavor types movie  and i'd like some snack  next Italy  Restaurant this pic isn't restauant just made in house with my friend  anyway u will get on  dinner time i don't know why korea guys is choice italy restaurant  But i like that this food kk

오늘은 야간근무자 순찰돌며  찾아놓은 OUT조명등을 교체하러 갔는데요!! 처음에는 야외조명등이 다 똑같은줄 알았는데 조명에 용도에 따라 들어가는 전구도  조금씩 다르고 가격도 천차만별이더라고요 이번에는 두개 조명등을 소개하여 합니다 교체해야 될 등은 조각상이을 비추는 야외조명등인데요!   교체방법 너무 쉬워요 두껑을 열어서  아래에 이 전구로 교체해주면  끝!! 교체이후에는 타이머 수동으로  바꾼다음 등에 불이 들어오는지 확인해야됩니다!! 중앙감시 컴퓨터에  공조기 이상으로 알람이 떴는데요 즉시, 선배들에게 보고하고 확인을 했습니다.  일단은 문제가 발생한 부분을  정확히 확인한다음 리셋을 몇번 진행했어요 그래도 문제는 해결되지 않았고 외부 시설물등을 복합적으로  검토를 했는데요 리셋 후 경고음이 뜬 후에  발생되는 이상행동을 찾아내는 것이었어요 이러한 작업을 통하여 발생한  현상들을 보고드렸어요 (이건 저의 개인적인의견) 리셋이후 마그네틱 계속  자기유지를 못하고 튀는것 같더라고 이후 경고음이 발생하고요 (아래를 클릭하시면 당시 동작상태를  볼 수있습니다) MC동작 상태모습 그래서 전 마그네텍 고장이 아닌가요? 물어보고 의견을 제시했었어요 ㅋㅋ 이후 담당 AS 외부전문가를 불렀어요 문제점은 가스누설로 인하여  저압경보가 발생했다고 하네요 ㅋㅋ 역시 갈길이 멀어요 ㅋㅋ 확실하게 헛다리 짚었고요 오늘도 하나 배우는 하루였어요 ㅋㅋ

오늘은 에어라인에서  냄새가 난다는 연락을 받고  체크를 했는데요 이러한 문제를 방지하기 위하여 하루에 2번씩  드레인 작업을 진행했는데.. 결국 기름냄새가 난다는  문제점을 생겼네요 해결방안을 고민하다가 콤프레셔를 업그레이드 하자는 의견과 필터를 설치하자 의견이  나왔는데요 압축기 교체비용은 1,000만원정도 발생이  예상되었고요 필터는 300만원 정도 비용이  발생이 예상되었습니다 저희 실무진은 앞으로 추가될 사용량과 현재 사용한 압축기 수명 현재 문제점을 생각하여 압축기 교체가 좋다고 권유했지만 회사에서는 비용의 문제로 필터를 설치하라는 최종결정을 받아 업무를 진행했어요 현재 회사에서 사용하고 있었던 압축기고요 300만원 정도 비용을 들여 필터 즉 겔이라는 기계를 들였습니다! 막상 필터작업을 진행하는 겔을 돌려보니, 2대의 압축기를15일 주기로 교번작용하는데 1한대로 돌리기에는 힘이 부족하고 압축기가 받는 부하가 커서 결국 2대를 한번에 가동하는 걸로 업무를 진행했어요 설치전에 엔지니어분들과 이러한 부분들을도 조율하고 설치했는데 막상 설치하니 문제점이 발생하더라고요 현재는 사용한지 몇개월이 지났는데요 이제는 기름냄새가 난다는 말을 듣지 못했고요 만족하시는 것 같습니다 다만, 설치전 기름냄새가 발생하는 곳에서 에어를 사용해서 냄새를 확인결과, 냄새는 나지 않았습니다. 다만, 에어라인 공급 후 기계에서 일을 마치고 나온 기계에서 냄새가 발생했었는데 . 그래서 아직도 의문이 있습니다 이게 과연 잘 한 일인가에 대하여 말이죠 ㅋ 다만, 이제는 사용하시는 분들이 잘 쾌적하게 잘 사용하신다니 다행입니다. 시설관리는 무슨을 할까?부터  시설관리업무 후기를 한눈에 보이게  모았다!!!
